Information you provide
Our quote form requests your name, email, telephone number, address, birth date, insurance interests, tobacco-use information and selected health information. Our contact form requests your name, email, telephone number and message. Our SMS Preferences form records your name, mobile number, the text-message choices you select, the time of submission and the version of the disclosure you saw. Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry; do not enter Social Security numbers, payment-card numbers or banking details in these forms.
Website technology
The site is hosted on Wix. Our forms are provided by Jotform, 123 Form Builder and Wix. The site uses Google Tag Manager; Google Analytics to understand site use; Google Ads conversion and call tracking to measure our advertising, including calls to a dedicated advertising phone number; TrustedForm (ActiveProspect) on quote pages, which records how the page and form were displayed and completed so consent can be verified; and Sentry to detect site errors. One advertising landing page also uses the Taboola pixel, which may cause Taboola-related identity services (LiveIntent and Google DoubleClick) to receive browser information. These services may receive your IP address, browser and device information and pages visited, and may set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Uses and recipients
We use your information to respond to your request, provide quotes, arrange appointments, service policies and run our business. Information submitted through this website goes only to our own agents, who use it to respond to you. We do not sell, rent or distribute website leads to outside marketing companies. We also use service providers that process information only on our behalf to run the website and our business: form hosting (Jotform, 123 Form Builder and Wix), our CRM, analytics, and telephone, email and messaging providers. If you apply for coverage, your application is sent to the insurance company you choose.
Text messaging (SMS) privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, shared or transferred to any third party. All of the categories described in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Service providers that operate our messaging on our behalf may process this information only to provide that service.
Your messaging choices
SMS permission is separate from requesting a quote and from other communication choices. Marketing and non-marketing permissions are independent and optional. Submitting a telephone number alone, including on our quote form, does not authorize texts. You can opt in to texts through our website only by using our SMS Preferences form. Requests, retention and security
To ask about, correct or delete your information, email support@ppgtelesales.com or call 888-748-0013. We will verify your identity before acting on a request. Insurance-record and legal obligations may limit deletion. We keep information as long as needed to respond to your request, service your coverage and meet legal and insurance record-keeping obligations, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.
